Joseph Collier, My holiday in California : photograph album, 1901-1941 (inclusive), 1901 (bulk).

Leather bound album of 151 original photographs, including approximately 60 images of Stanford University. The Stanford images include the Inner Quad, the Quad arcades, Memorial Church under construction, Encina Hall, Roble Hall, chemistry building, the museum (including interior views), distant views of the campus, the Stanfords' home and grounds on campus, horses at the Palo Alto Stock Farm, and the cactus garden. Other images include San Francisco buildings, views of San Francisco Bay, Golden Gate Park, and the McGilvray Raymond Mine Company facilities. Also included with the album were four loose images, including two of Hoover Tower on the Stanford campus, ca. 1941.
